Birth-Ready Body Workshop
Prepare your body for a calmer, more confident birth
A practical, body-based birth preparation workshop for pregnant people and their support partners.
Learn how to support your pelvis, nervous system, baby’s positioning, breathing, labour movement, and partner support, all so you feel more prepared going into birth.
This is not a traditional birth class.
This workshop focuses on the physical side of birth preparation: how your body moves, how your pelvis opens during labour, how your nervous system influences birth, and what you and your partner can actually do to help.
